The electronic heat meter WFM5 is a self-powered, impeller type, has a compact design, and is used for measuring energy consumption.
It is available in a wall-mounted version in various sizes for heating, combined heating/cooling, or solar energy measurement.
The meter consists of a flow measurement section, 2 pre-connected temperature sensors, and an energy consumption calculation processor – based on flow and temperature difference.
The consumption measured by the meter can be read directly, or remote reading can be done via AMR (WFZ56.OK) or walk-by (WFZ566.OK).
The meters are mainly used in installations with central heating/cooling energy production, and distributed through zones to consumers.
