Description

The Optex WXS-DAM outdoor motion sensor combines infrared and microwave detection across a 180° angle, with a range of up to 12 m. Active Antimasking technology detects attempts to cover the sensor, while DAY/NIGHT mode lets you select day or night operation.

It features two dual pyroelectric elements and separate range and sensitivity settings for each of the two 90° areas. The NO/NC ALARM (L) and ALARM (R) outputs allow the two sides to be separated into two zones. SMDA logic helps prevent false alarms, while automatic temperature compensation adjusts operation to ambient conditions.
