  • Fitting instructions: Place in water that has just boiled after allowing it to cool for 45 seconds, and heat for 90 seconds. Carefully remove with a spoon, cool under running water for 1 second, and place over the upper teeth. Bite down firmly and press the edges against the teeth and gums for 20 seconds. Then cool under running water for 30 seconds and refit to check the fit.
  • Use: Do not chew it, to preserve its fit and durability.
