It works fine (easy recognition from Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro mobile, from PC, and from LG "smart" TV).
The device name in the Bluetooth list is "BLS-TX7," something that is not mentioned in the instructions or on the box.
The mode selection is done automatically by the system when you plug the connector into the receiver or transmitter port, not by the user with a switch.
The colors on the female 3.5mm jack are reversed, for example, on a TV with built-in BT function, I had to connect the green of the headphones to the pink of the device in receiver mode.
Make sure you have correctly chosen the jack to do your job, as you may mistakenly think that the device is faulty.
I should also mention that the volume is much lower than that of the "TaoTronics TT-BA015."
But other than that, the device does what it should. And at the price of €4.98 that I bought it for, it's a steal.
