Very good watch, the screen is very bright in the sun. The only thing that is not true is the battery; you promise it will last 14 days but for me, with daily exercise tracking for about half an hour, it lasts at most a week

Very good and reliable watch for its price, just right for beginners, people getting their first watch or on a budget, plenty of features and good battery.
Tip: When you get it, check the settings for heart rate; it calculates your Max HR by doing 220 - {your age} and often gets your heart rate zones quite wrong, making, for example, an easy 5K look like zone 3-4. If you don't roughly know your max heart rate, do a test to estimate it as soon as possible so it doesn't record many runs as more tiring than they actually were, because this changes what it recommends to you.

Tip : ΄Όταν το πάρετε κοιτάξτε τις ρυθμίσεις στο heart rate , υπολογίζει το Max HR σου κάνοντας 220 - {ηλικία σου} και συχνά πέφτει αρκετά έξω στα heart rate zones σου , κάνοντας εύκολα πχ ένα χαλαρό 5ρι να φαίνεται σαν zone 3-4. Αν δεν ξέρετε πάνω κάτω το max heart rate σας κάντε κάποιο τεστ για να το υπολογίσετε χοντρικά όσο νωρίτερα γίνεται για να μην έχει πολλά runs που θεωρεί πως σε κούρασαν παραπάνω από ότι όντως σε κούρασαν γιατί αλλάζει το τι σου προτείνει.
I wear it while running, hiking, and at work when I'm in surgery and can't take out my phone. Definitely an older interface compared to the rest of the company's products, but it is excellent and accurate. It connects to Garmin very easily and does its job without lacking anything. If you're not obsessed and want it for simple use, it's reliable and VFM.

Σίγουρα παλαίοτερο interface από τα υπόλοιπα της εταιρείας αλλά είναι άριστο και ακριβές. Συνδέεται με garmin πολύ εύκολα και κάνει την δουλειά του χωρίς να του λείπει κάτι. Εάν δεν είσαι τρελαμένος και το θέλεις για απλή χρήση είναι αξιόπιστο και VFM.
Completely useless if you want to see pulse changes, it takes 7-10 seconds to realize that the intensity has changed, the 30 euro Chinese one is by far better. Even when training at a steady intensity, sometimes it suddenly increases by up to 30 beats for no reason and stays there for about 5 minutes, throwing off all the statistics. It said it didn't include a charger but in the end it did, so I was charged for a second one for nothing. As for the buttons, what can I say, it reminded me of the 80s, of course other models of the same brand have a touch screen so there are no excuses (supposedly for rain etc). Sleep tracking is unacceptable, half an hour awake and standing and it still shows I'm sleeping, again the Chinese one detected it instantly. After one month it started not recording sleep pulses and other things. In short, difficult to use and unreliable.
Εντελώς άχρηστο αν θέλετε να βλέπετε εναλλαγές παλμών, θέλει 7-10 δευτερόλεπτα να καταλάβει οτι άλλαξε η ένταση, το κινέζικο των 30 ευρώ μακράν καλύτερο. Ακόμη ομως κι όταν προπονείσαι σε σταθερή ένταση κάποιες φορές αρχίζει κι ανεβάζει μέχρι και 30 παλμούς ξαφνικά και χωρίς λόγο και μένει εκεί κανένα 5λεπτο αποσυντονίζοντας όλα τα στατιστικά. Έλεγε ότι δεν έχει μέσα φορτιστή και τελικά είχε και χρεώθηκα τζάμπα τον δεύτερο. Για τα κουμπάκια, τι να πω, θυμηθήκαμε τα 80's, φυσικά άλλα μοντέλα της ίδιας μάρκας έχουν οθόνη αφής οπότε δεν υπάρχουν δικαιολογίες (και καλά για βροχή κτλ). Καταγράφη ύπνου απαράδεκτη, μισή ώρα ξύπνιος και όρθιος κι ακόμη δείχνει ότι κοιμάμαι, και πάλι το κινέζικο το έπιανε στο δευτερόλεπτο. Στον ένα μήνα άρχισε να μην καταγράφει παλμούς ύπνου και άλλα. Με λίγα λόγια δύσχρηστο και αναξιόπιστο.
We have had the watch since May '23 in AGUA color! It was a gift for my wife, and it fit her perfectly due to her small wrist. She wears it 24/7 and finds it very light and comfortable! The battery lasted about 10 days on a single charge.
It is very useful as it records everything accurately—even for training, she uses it for swimming. Garmin Connect provides data processing from the watch and stores training pace records. Very important, its waterproofing is intact! No trace of water!
Unfortunately, after 2+ years of use (December 2025), its battery lasts at most 2-3 days! I contacted the representative and asked if the battery could be replaced! After a phone response, I was told the watch has a built-in battery on the board—so it can't be changed—only by replacing the device! Of course, the warranty period has expired, so in short, you have to buy a new one! I won't say I threw away 160 euros—but it's definitely not durable over time (battery autonomy).
After this, I don't know if I would choose GARMIN again or if it's the fault of this particular model's construction!
Edit: 15/03/2026—unfortunately, the battery barely lasts 2 days. It's a shame for so much money
Έχουμε στη κατοχή μας το ρολόι απο τον Μαιο '23 σε AGUA χρώμα! Δωρο για τη γυναίκα που της ταίριαξε μια χαρά λόγω μικρού καρπού. Το φορά 24/7 και της είναι πολύ ελαφρυ και ανετο!. Η μπαταρια κρατούσε με μια φόρτιση, περίπου 10 ήμερες.
Είναι πολύ χρήσιμο για καταγράφει σωστά τα πάντα -οσο και για προπόνηση το χρησιμοποίει σε κολύμβηση. Το Garmin Connect παρέχει επεξεργασία δεδομένων από το ρολόι, και αποθήκευση των ρυθμών προπονήσεων. Πολύ σημαντικο η στεγανότητα του είναι αθικτη! Κανενα ίχνος νερού!
Δυστυχώς όμως έπειτα απο 2+ ετη λειτουργίας (Δεκέμβριος 2025) η μπαταρία του κρατα το πολύ 2-3 ημέρες! Επικοινώνησα με την αντιπροσωπία και ρώτησα εάν γίνεται αντικατάσταση μπαταριάς! Υστερα από τηλεφωνική απαντηση το ρολόι εχει ενσωματωμένη μπαταρία επανω στη πλακετα του-αρα δεν αλλάζει- παρα μόνο με αντικατάσταση συσκευής! Βέβαια εχει παρέλθει ο χρόνος εγγύησης του, οποτε με λιγα λογια πας για καινούργιο! Δεν θα πω οτι πέταξα 160 ευρώ- αλλά σίγουρα δεν είναι αντοχής στο χρόνο (αυτονομια μπαταρίας).
Υστερα από αυτό δεν ξερω εάν θα επέλεγα ξανα GARMIN η φταιει το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο κατασκευής!

Very good for a beginner athlete like me who wants to see the basics to prepare. Personally, I only wear it while running and not during the day, so I don't have an opinion on the battery; however, it lasts a long time, I don't charge it that often. Accuracy is good, size is good for me as a woman, it may look small on a man's wrist and make reading difficult. The brightness is not anything crazy but is satisfactory.

I got it in May 22! The warranty is for 2 years! Now, after 2.5 years, the battery lasts at most 2 days! If you train with it below 50%, it will shut down! Other than that, as long as the battery lasted, it was a good and honest watch!

It is the ideal running watch for young athletes in the marathon sport as well as for shorter distances. It is user-friendly, effective with an exceptionally good battery life (I charge it every 4-5 days and run daily distances of 10+ km). What needs to be understood is that it is a tool for recording workouts, heart rates, etc., it does not constitute a smart watch so it does not have various capabilities like NFC payments, calls, etc. Nevertheless, it does not fall short in any particular area and fulfills all that it needs to do to the fullest.
Είναι το ιδανικό running watch για νέους αθλητές στο άθλημα του μαραθωνίου αλλα και μικρότερων αποστάσεων. Είναι εύχρηστο, αποτελεσματικό με εξαιρετικα καλη διάρκεια ζωης της μπαταρίας (το φορτίζω ανα 4-5 μερες και τρεχω σε καθημερινή βαση αποστάσεις 10+ χλμ). Αυτό, που πρέπει μα γίνει αντιληπτό οτι είναι ένα εργαλείο για καταγραφή των προπονήσεων, καρδιακών παλμών κλπ κλπ... δεν αποτελεί smart watch οπότε δεν εχει διάφορες ικανότητες οπως πληρωμές nfc , κλήσεων κ.α. Παρόλα αυτά, δεν υστερεί κάπου ιδιαίτερα και εφαρμόζει στο έπακρον όσα χρειάζεται να κάνει.

Very good watch for both running and cycling. Having owned the fenix 3 for years as well as the forerunner 255, I can say that the 55 is a worthy watch for both sports. I have run over 200km and cycled about the same distance with it. The heart rate monitor and cadence meter connected immediately. The measurements are reliable and the GPS locks on accurately and quickly. Except for the fact that its size is not ideal for a man's wrist, it is excellent.
Πολύ καλό ρολόι και για τρέξιμο και για ποδήλατο. Έχοντας χρόνια το fenix 3 όπως επίσης και το forerunner 255 μπορώ να πω ότι το 55 είναι ένα αξιόλογο ρολόι μέτρησης και για τα δύο αθλήματα. Έχω τρέξει πάνω από 200χλμ και έχω ποδηλατισει περίπου άλλα τόσα μαζί του. Ο παλμογράφος και το cadence meter συνδέθηκαν αμέσως. Οι μετρήσεις είναι αξιόπιστες και το GPS πιάνει με ακρίβεια και αμέσως. Αν εξαιρέσεις ότι το μέγεθος του δεν είναι το ενδεδειγμένο για αντρικό χέρι, είναι άριστο.

It's really good and helpful for new runners, also for a basic working out routine. One problem is that i hoped the batery would last longer than 4 days, and the second, it is not so understandable and easy at using all its abilities.

I have had it for 2 months and so far it has not disappointed me. Its battery lasts quite a while and all the functions I needed were there. I use it for running and the screen is easily visible in the sun and the measurements are accurate. Over time, problems may arise that I do not know yet, but the first impressions are very positive. I recommend it to anyone who wants a running watch for this price, it is the best.
edit: after half a year of heavy use as a marathon training tool, I have to say I do not regret the purchase at all. Still, the battery and all the functions have not shown any problems. The only "problem" is that it does not connect automatically to my phone but if I try to connect it myself, it works.
edit 2: after 2 years the screen broke (out of warranty) and I went to the service center but they told me it cannot be fixed and now I cannot use it because the screen shows nothing. I think it lasted quite a while and it did not disappoint me when it worked. A pretty solid watch for anyone looking to get one for running for the first time.

edit : μετά από μισό χρόνο αρκετής χρήσης ως εργαλείο προετοιμασίας για μαραθώνιο έχω να πω πως δεν μετανιώνω καθόλου την αγορά. Ακόμα η μπαταρία και όλες οι λειτουργίες δεν έχουν παρουσιάσει κανένα πρόβλημα. Το μόνο "πρόβλημα" είναι ότι δεν μου συνδέεται αυτόματα με το κινητό αλλά άμα πάω να το συνδέσω εγώ λειτουργεί.

I have had it for almost 1 month and the only thing I can say is only good words. Its purchase was made with the purpose of helping me in my training for a better time in the Marathon, but also in general with all the other functions it has to program the activities of each day separately. The training program it offers is very good. As soon as I downloaded the application on my phone, it connected immediately without any problems at all. Its build quality is very good, lightweight, and beautiful. The only drawback (if you can call it that) is that the letters in the notifications are small, which makes it a bit difficult for us who have presbyopia to distinguish them. Το έχω σχεδόν 1 μήνα και το μόνο που μπορώ να πω είναι μόνο καλά λόγια . Η αγορά του έγινε με σκοπό να με βοηθήσει στις προπονήσεις για ένα καλύτερο χρόνο στο Μαραθώνιο , αλλά και γενικά με όλες τις άλλες λειτουργίες που διαθέτει να προγραμματίζω τις δραστηριότητες της κάθε μέρας ξεχωριστά . Το πρόγραμμα με τις προτάσεις προπονήσης που έχει είναι πολύ καλό . Με το που κατέβασα την εφαρμογή στο τηλέφωνο συνδέθηκε άμεσα χωρίς κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα . Η ποιότητα κατασκευής του είναι πολύ καλή , πανάλαφρο και όμορφο . Το μόνο μειονεκτήμα ( αν μπορείς να πεις έτσι ) είναι ότι στις ειδοποιήσεις τα γράμματα είναι μικρά , με συνέπεια για μας που έχουμε πρεσβυωπία να είναι λίγο δύσκολο να τα διακρίνουμε. Πολύ καλή αγορά σε σχέση με το κόστος .
The watch is unique, without a touch screen, different from the usual smartwatches. Before buying it, I suggest you see it up close. The battery lasts a long time, with simple use for over 10 days. The screen clarity, always on display, is quite good, lacking in color quality but not to an annoying degree. I don't have an opinion on the measurements because I didn't get it for that reason. Lightweight, beautiful, many functions, with the guarantee of Garmin.

το ρολόι είναι ιδιαίτερο, χωρίς οθόνη αφής ,διαφορετικό από τα συνηθισμένα smartwatch. Πριν το αγοράσετε προτείνω να το δείτε από κοντά. Η μπαταρία κρατάει πολύ, με απλή χρήση πέρα των 10 ημερών. Η ευκρινεια της οθόνη, always on display, αρκετά καλη,υστερεί σε ποιότητα χρωματων αλλά όχι σε ενοχλητικό βαθμό. Δεν έχω άποψη για τις μετρήσεις γιατί δε το πήρα για αυτό το λόγο. Ελαφρύ, όμορφο, πολλές λειτουργίες, με την εγγύηση της garmin

Το ρολόι είναι σούπερ
They say on the internet that it has great accuracy in its measurements. I don't know if it only happens with this Garmin or any other smartwatch with GPS, but after several measurements on a 400-meter track, it shows that you are running about 15" per kilometer faster. That is, when you finish the actual one kilometer, it shows that you have covered about 1045 - 1050 meters instead of 1000 meters.
Apart from this "small" problem, I don't find anything else as a beginner runner. Perfect watch, especially its strap. Very stable.

Δεν ξέρω αν συμβαίνει μόνο σε αυτό το garmin ή και σε οποιοδήποτε άλλο smartwatch με gps αλλά έπειτα από αρκετές μετρήσεις σε στάδιο 400μέτρων σου δείχνει ότι πηγαίνεις περίπου 15" το χιλιόμετρο γρηγορότερα. Πέρα από αυτό το "μικρό" πρόβλημα για εμένα τον αρχάριο δρομέα δε βρίσκω κάτι άλλο.

I have the watch from April '22. First, I love the color! I have a very small wrist but it fits perfectly and doesn't feel like I'm carrying the Big Ben in my hand! I wear it 24/7 but I don't even notice it on my wrist. I planned to get a screen protector but I've bumped it into furniture corners, etc., and my cat has even knocked it down upside down, but to my surprise, it doesn't have a scratch. The fields that everyone wants are clearly visible on the screen. I really like the ability to light up the screen with wrist gestures. The battery lasts a long time, with one charge, for over 10 days. The pulse measurements match those of the pulse graph I have. I use it for running outdoors and on a treadmill, for walking and cycling. It is very useful for recording walks as well as for running training. Garmin Connect has many features for processing data from the watch and for setting up training. Its capabilities for cardio and strength (and some others) are essentially limited to timing and recording steps/pulses. It's great for lap counting in a pool (with the pool size defined) (sometimes loses GPS in the sea when submerged). It has helped me a lot to be more active in general and to achieve better time in 5 km (I had never run before!). I am very satisfied with my choice.

Εχω πολυ μικρο καρπο αλλα καθεται μια χαρα και δεν μοιαζει ουτε αισθανομαι σαν να κουβαλω το Big Ben στο χερι μου! Το φοράω 24/7 αλλα δεν το καταλαβαινω στο χερι καθολου. Ειχα σκοπο να παρω προστατευτικο οθονης αλλα το εχω κτυπησει σε κατι γωνιες επιπλων κλπ, και η γατα μου το εχει ριξει κατω, αναποδα κιολας, αλλα προς μεγαλη μου εκπληξη, δεν εχει ουτε μια γρατσουνια. Στην οθονη φαινονται καθαρα οσα πεδια θελει ο καθενας. Μ'αρεσει πολυ η δυνατοτητα φωτισμου της οθονης με την κινηση καρπου (gestrures). Η μπαταρια κρατα πολυ, με μια φορτιση, πανω απο 10 μερες.
Οι μετρησεις παλμων συμφωνουν με αυτες του παλμογραφου που εχω, Το χρησιμοποιώ για τρεξιμο στον υπαιθρο και σε διαδρομο, για περιπατο και ποδηλατο.
Ειναι πολυ χρησιμο για καταγραφει περιπατων οσο και για προπονηση στο τρεξιμο. Το Garmin Connect εχει πολλες δυνατοτητες για επεξεργασια των δεδωμενων απο το ρολοι, και για ρυθμιση προπονησεων,. Οι δυνατοτητες του για cardio και strength (και καποια αλλα) ουσιαστικα περιοριζονται στο χρονομετρηση και καταγραφη βηματων/παλμων. Ειναι μια χαρα για μετρηση lap σε πισινα (με ορισμος το μεγεθος της πισινας) (στη θαλασσα καπου καπου χανει το GPS οταν ειναι βυθισμενα).
Με εχει βοηθηση πολυ να ειμαι πιο δραστηρια γενικως και να πετυχαινω καλυτερο χρονο σε 5 χλμ (δεν ειχα τρεξει ποτες μου πριν!). Ειμαι πολυ ευχαριστημενη με την επιλογη μου.

I wear it while running, hiking, and at work when I'm in surgery and can't take out my phone. Definitely an older interface compared to the rest of the company's products, but it is excellent and accurate. It connects to Garmin very easily and does its job without lacking anything. If you're not obsessed and want it for simple use, it's reliable and VFM.
Το φοράω στο τρέξιμο, πεζοπορία και στη δουλειά όταν είμαι σε χειρουργείο και δεν μπορώ να βγάλω το κινητό μου. Σίγουρα παλαίοτερο interface από τα υπόλοιπα της εταιρείας αλλά είναι άριστο και ακριβές. Συνδέεται με garmin πολύ εύκολα και κάνει την δουλειά του χωρίς να του λείπει κάτι. Εάν δεν είσαι τρελαμένος και το θέλεις για απλή χρήση είναι αξιόπιστο και VFM.
Completely useless if you want to see pulse changes, it takes 7-10 seconds to realize that the intensity has changed, the 30 euro Chinese one is by far better. Even when training at a steady intensity, sometimes it suddenly increases by up to 30 beats for no reason and stays there for about 5 minutes, throwing off all the statistics. It said it didn't include a charger but in the end it did, so I was charged for a second one for nothing. As for the buttons, what can I say, it reminded me of the 80s, of course other models of the same brand have a touch screen so there are no excuses (supposedly for rain etc). Sleep tracking is unacceptable, half an hour awake and standing and it still shows I'm sleeping, again the Chinese one detected it instantly. After one month it started not recording sleep pulses and other things. In short, difficult to use and unreliable.
Εντελώς άχρηστο αν θέλετε να βλέπετε εναλλαγές παλμών, θέλει 7-10 δευτερόλεπτα να καταλάβει οτι άλλαξε η ένταση, το κινέζικο των 30 ευρώ μακράν καλύτερο. Ακόμη ομως κι όταν προπονείσαι σε σταθερή ένταση κάποιες φορές αρχίζει κι ανεβάζει μέχρι και 30 παλμούς ξαφνικά και χωρίς λόγο και μένει εκεί κανένα 5λεπτο αποσυντονίζοντας όλα τα στατιστικά. Έλεγε ότι δεν έχει μέσα φορτιστή και τελικά είχε και χρεώθηκα τζάμπα τον δεύτερο. Για τα κουμπάκια, τι να πω, θυμηθήκαμε τα 80's, φυσικά άλλα μοντέλα της ίδιας μάρκας έχουν οθόνη αφής οπότε δεν υπάρχουν δικαιολογίες (και καλά για βροχή κτλ). Καταγράφη ύπνου απαράδεκτη, μισή ώρα ξύπνιος και όρθιος κι ακόμη δείχνει ότι κοιμάμαι, και πάλι το κινέζικο το έπιανε στο δευτερόλεπτο. Στον ένα μήνα άρχισε να μην καταγράφει παλμούς ύπνου και άλλα. Με λίγα λόγια δύσχρηστο και αναξιόπιστο.
We have had the watch since May '23 in AGUA color! It was a gift for my wife, and it fit her perfectly due to her small wrist. She wears it 24/7 and finds it very light and comfortable! The battery lasted about 10 days on a single charge.
It is very useful as it records everything accurately—even for training, she uses it for swimming. Garmin Connect provides data processing from the watch and stores training pace records. Very important, its waterproofing is intact! No trace of water!
Unfortunately, after 2+ years of use (December 2025), its battery lasts at most 2-3 days! I contacted the representative and asked if the battery could be replaced! After a phone response, I was told the watch has a built-in battery on the board—so it can't be changed—only by replacing the device! Of course, the warranty period has expired, so in short, you have to buy a new one! I won't say I threw away 160 euros—but it's definitely not durable over time (battery autonomy).
After this, I don't know if I would choose GARMIN again or if it's the fault of this particular model's construction!
Edit: 15/03/2026—unfortunately, the battery barely lasts 2 days. It's a shame for so much money
Έχουμε στη κατοχή μας το ρολόι απο τον Μαιο '23 σε AGUA χρώμα! Δωρο για τη γυναίκα που της ταίριαξε μια χαρά λόγω μικρού καρπού. Το φορά 24/7 και της είναι πολύ ελαφρυ και ανετο!. Η μπαταρια κρατούσε με μια φόρτιση, περίπου 10 ήμερες.
Είναι πολύ χρήσιμο για καταγράφει σωστά τα πάντα -οσο και για προπόνηση το χρησιμοποίει σε κολύμβηση. Το Garmin Connect παρέχει επεξεργασία δεδομένων από το ρολόι, και αποθήκευση των ρυθμών προπονήσεων. Πολύ σημαντικο η στεγανότητα του είναι αθικτη! Κανενα ίχνος νερού!
Δυστυχώς όμως έπειτα απο 2+ ετη λειτουργίας (Δεκέμβριος 2025) η μπαταρία του κρατα το πολύ 2-3 ημέρες! Επικοινώνησα με την αντιπροσωπία και ρώτησα εάν γίνεται αντικατάσταση μπαταριάς! Υστερα από τηλεφωνική απαντηση το ρολόι εχει ενσωματωμένη μπαταρία επανω στη πλακετα του-αρα δεν αλλάζει- παρα μόνο με αντικατάσταση συσκευής! Βέβαια εχει παρέλθει ο χρόνος εγγύησης του, οποτε με λιγα λογια πας για καινούργιο! Δεν θα πω οτι πέταξα 160 ευρώ- αλλά σίγουρα δεν είναι αντοχής στο χρόνο (αυτονομια μπαταρίας).
Υστερα από αυτό δεν ξερω εάν θα επέλεγα ξανα GARMIN η φταιει το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο κατασκευής!

Very good for a beginner athlete like me who wants to see the basics to prepare. Personally, I only wear it while running and not during the day, so I don't have an opinion on the battery; however, it lasts a long time, I don't charge it that often. Accuracy is good, size is good for me as a woman, it may look small on a man's wrist and make reading difficult. The brightness is not anything crazy but is satisfactory.

It is the ideal running watch for young athletes in the marathon sport as well as for shorter distances. It is user-friendly, effective with an exceptionally good battery life (I charge it every 4-5 days and run daily distances of 10+ km). What needs to be understood is that it is a tool for recording workouts, heart rates, etc., it does not constitute a smart watch so it does not have various capabilities like NFC payments, calls, etc. Nevertheless, it does not fall short in any particular area and fulfills all that it needs to do to the fullest.
Είναι το ιδανικό running watch για νέους αθλητές στο άθλημα του μαραθωνίου αλλα και μικρότερων αποστάσεων. Είναι εύχρηστο, αποτελεσματικό με εξαιρετικα καλη διάρκεια ζωης της μπαταρίας (το φορτίζω ανα 4-5 μερες και τρεχω σε καθημερινή βαση αποστάσεις 10+ χλμ). Αυτό, που πρέπει μα γίνει αντιληπτό οτι είναι ένα εργαλείο για καταγραφή των προπονήσεων, καρδιακών παλμών κλπ κλπ... δεν αποτελεί smart watch οπότε δεν εχει διάφορες ικανότητες οπως πληρωμές nfc , κλήσεων κ.α. Παρόλα αυτά, δεν υστερεί κάπου ιδιαίτερα και εφαρμόζει στο έπακρον όσα χρειάζεται να κάνει.

Very good watch for both running and cycling. Having owned the fenix 3 for years as well as the forerunner 255, I can say that the 55 is a worthy watch for both sports. I have run over 200km and cycled about the same distance with it. The heart rate monitor and cadence meter connected immediately. The measurements are reliable and the GPS locks on accurately and quickly. Except for the fact that its size is not ideal for a man's wrist, it is excellent.
Πολύ καλό ρολόι και για τρέξιμο και για ποδήλατο. Έχοντας χρόνια το fenix 3 όπως επίσης και το forerunner 255 μπορώ να πω ότι το 55 είναι ένα αξιόλογο ρολόι μέτρησης και για τα δύο αθλήματα. Έχω τρέξει πάνω από 200χλμ και έχω ποδηλατισει περίπου άλλα τόσα μαζί του. Ο παλμογράφος και το cadence meter συνδέθηκαν αμέσως. Οι μετρήσεις είναι αξιόπιστες και το GPS πιάνει με ακρίβεια και αμέσως. Αν εξαιρέσεις ότι το μέγεθος του δεν είναι το ενδεδειγμένο για αντρικό χέρι, είναι άριστο.

I have had it for 2 months and so far it has not disappointed me. Its battery lasts quite a while and all the functions I needed were there. I use it for running and the screen is easily visible in the sun and the measurements are accurate. Over time, problems may arise that I do not know yet, but the first impressions are very positive. I recommend it to anyone who wants a running watch for this price, it is the best.
edit: after half a year of heavy use as a marathon training tool, I have to say I do not regret the purchase at all. Still, the battery and all the functions have not shown any problems. The only "problem" is that it does not connect automatically to my phone but if I try to connect it myself, it works.
edit 2: after 2 years the screen broke (out of warranty) and I went to the service center but they told me it cannot be fixed and now I cannot use it because the screen shows nothing. I think it lasted quite a while and it did not disappoint me when it worked. A pretty solid watch for anyone looking to get one for running for the first time.
Το έχω 2 μήνες και μέχρι στιγμής δεν με έχει απογοητεύσει. Η μπαταρία του κρατάει αρκετά και όλες οι λειτουργίες που χρειάστηκα υπήρχαν. Το χρησιμοποιώ για τρέξιμο και η οθόνη φαίνεται εύκολα στον ήλιο και οι μετρήσεις είναι ακριβείς. Με τον χρόνο μπορεί να προκύψουν προβλήματα που ακόμα δεν ξέρω αλλά οι πρώτες εντυπώσεις είναι πολύ θετικές. Το συνιστώ σε όποιον θέλει ένα ρολόι για τρέξιμο σε αυτά τα λεφτά, είναι το καλύτερο.
edit : μετά από μισό χρόνο αρκετής χρήσης ως εργαλείο προετοιμασίας για μαραθώνιο έχω να πω πως δεν μετανιώνω καθόλου την αγορά. Ακόμα η μπαταρία και όλες οι λειτουργίες δεν έχουν παρουσιάσει κανένα πρόβλημα. Το μόνο "πρόβλημα" είναι ότι δεν μου συνδέεται αυτόματα με το κινητό αλλά άμα πάω να το συνδέσω εγώ λειτουργεί.
edit 2: μετά από 2 χρόνια χάλασε η οθόνη (εκτός εγγύησης) και πήγα στην αντιπροσωπεία αλλά μου είπαν ότι δεν φτιάχνεται και πλέον δεν μπορώ να το λειτουργήσω γιατί η οθόνη δεν δείχνει τίποτα. Θεωρώ ότι κράτησε αρκετά και δεν με απογοήτευσε όταν δούλευε. Ένα αρκετά solid ρολόι για όποιον ψάχνει να πάρει για τρέξιμο για πρώτη φορά.

I have had it for almost 1 month and the only thing I can say is only good words. Its purchase was made with the purpose of helping me in my training for a better time in the Marathon, but also in general with all the other functions it has to program the activities of each day separately. The training program it offers is very good. As soon as I downloaded the application on my phone, it connected immediately without any problems at all. Its build quality is very good, lightweight, and beautiful. The only drawback (if you can call it that) is that the letters in the notifications are small, which makes it a bit difficult for us who have presbyopia to distinguish them. A very good purchase in relation to the cost.
Το έχω σχεδόν 1 μήνα και το μόνο που μπορώ να πω είναι μόνο καλά λόγια . Η αγορά του έγινε με σκοπό να με βοηθήσει στις προπονήσεις για ένα καλύτερο χρόνο στο Μαραθώνιο , αλλά και γενικά με όλες τις άλλες λειτουργίες που διαθέτει να προγραμματίζω τις δραστηριότητες της κάθε μέρας ξεχωριστά . Το πρόγραμμα με τις προτάσεις προπονήσης που έχει είναι πολύ καλό . Με το που κατέβασα την εφαρμογή στο τηλέφωνο συνδέθηκε άμεσα χωρίς κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα . Η ποιότητα κατασκευής του είναι πολύ καλή , πανάλαφρο και όμορφο . Το μόνο μειονεκτήμα ( αν μπορείς να πεις έτσι ) είναι ότι στις ειδοποιήσεις τα γράμματα είναι μικρά , με συνέπεια για μας που έχουμε πρεσβυωπία να είναι λίγο δύσκολο να τα διακρίνουμε. Πολύ καλή αγορά σε σχέση με το κόστος .
The watch is unique, without a touch screen, different from the usual smartwatches. Before buying it, I suggest you see it up close. The battery lasts a long time, with simple use for over 10 days. The screen clarity, always on display, is quite good, lacking in color quality but not to an annoying degree. I don't have an opinion on the measurements because I didn't get it for that reason. Lightweight, beautiful, many functions, with the guarantee of Garmin.

το ρολόι είναι ιδιαίτερο, χωρίς οθόνη αφής ,διαφορετικό από τα συνηθισμένα smartwatch. Πριν το αγοράσετε προτείνω να το δείτε από κοντά. Η μπαταρία κρατάει πολύ, με απλή χρήση πέρα των 10 ημερών. Η ευκρινεια της οθόνη, always on display, αρκετά καλη,υστερεί σε ποιότητα χρωματων αλλά όχι σε ενοχλητικό βαθμό. Δεν έχω άποψη για τις μετρήσεις γιατί δε το πήρα για αυτό το λόγο. Ελαφρύ, όμορφο, πολλές λειτουργίες, με την εγγύηση της garmin

Το ρολόι είναι σούπερ
They say on the internet that it has great accuracy in its measurements. I don't know if it only happens with this Garmin or any other smartwatch with GPS, but after several measurements on a 400-meter track, it shows that you are running about 15" per kilometer faster. That is, when you finish the actual one kilometer, it shows that you have covered about 1045 - 1050 meters instead of 1000 meters.
Apart from this "small" problem, I don't find anything else as a beginner runner. Perfect watch, especially its strap. Very stable.
Λένε στο διαδίκτυο ότι έχει μεγάλη ακρίβεια στις μετρήσεις του.
Δεν ξέρω αν συμβαίνει μόνο σε αυτό το garmin ή και σε οποιοδήποτε άλλο smartwatch με gps αλλά έπειτα από αρκετές μετρήσεις σε στάδιο 400μέτρων σου δείχνει ότι πηγαίνεις περίπου 15" το χιλιόμετρο γρηγορότερα. Δηλαδή όταν τελειώσεις το πραγματικό ένα χιλιόμετρο σου δείχνει ότι έχεις διανύσει περίπου 1045 - 1050 μέτρα αντί για 1000 μέτρα.
Πέρα από αυτό το "μικρό" πρόβλημα για εμένα τον αρχάριο δρομέα δε βρίσκω κάτι άλλο.
Άψογο ρολόι, ειδικά το λουράκι του. Πολύ σταθερό.
I have the watch from April '22. First, I love the color! I have a very small wrist but it fits perfectly and doesn't feel like I'm carrying the Big Ben in my hand! I wear it 24/7 but I don't even notice it on my wrist. I planned to get a screen protector but I've bumped it into furniture corners, etc., and my cat has even knocked it down upside down, but to my surprise, it doesn't have a scratch. The fields that everyone wants are clearly visible on the screen. I really like the ability to light up the screen with wrist gestures. The battery lasts a long time, with one charge, for over 10 days. The pulse measurements match those of the pulse graph I have. I use it for running outdoors and on a treadmill, for walking and cycling. It is very useful for recording walks as well as for running training. Garmin Connect has many features for processing data from the watch and for setting up training. Its capabilities for cardio and strength (and some others) are essentially limited to timing and recording steps/pulses. It's great for lap counting in a pool (with the pool size defined) (sometimes loses GPS in the sea when submerged). It has helped me a lot to be more active in general and to achieve better time in 5 km (I had never run before!). I am very satisfied with my choice.

Εχω πολυ μικρο καρπο αλλα καθεται μια χαρα και δεν μοιαζει ουτε αισθανομαι σαν να κουβαλω το Big Ben στο χερι μου! Το φοράω 24/7 αλλα δεν το καταλαβαινω στο χερι καθολου. Ειχα σκοπο να παρω προστατευτικο οθονης αλλα το εχω κτυπησει σε κατι γωνιες επιπλων κλπ, και η γατα μου το εχει ριξει κατω, αναποδα κιολας, αλλα προς μεγαλη μου εκπληξη, δεν εχει ουτε μια γρατσουνια. Στην οθονη φαινονται καθαρα οσα πεδια θελει ο καθενας. Μ'αρεσει πολυ η δυνατοτητα φωτισμου της οθονης με την κινηση καρπου (gestrures). Η μπαταρια κρατα πολυ, με μια φορτιση, πανω απο 10 μερες.
Οι μετρησεις παλμων συμφωνουν με αυτες του παλμογραφου που εχω, Το χρησιμοποιώ για τρεξιμο στον υπαιθρο και σε διαδρομο, για περιπατο και ποδηλατο.
Ειναι πολυ χρησιμο για καταγραφει περιπατων οσο και για προπονηση στο τρεξιμο. Το Garmin Connect εχει πολλες δυνατοτητες για επεξεργασια των δεδωμενων απο το ρολοι, και για ρυθμιση προπονησεων,. Οι δυνατοτητες του για cardio και strength (και καποια αλλα) ουσιαστικα περιοριζονται στο χρονομετρηση και καταγραφη βηματων/παλμων. Ειναι μια χαρα για μετρηση lap σε πισινα (με ορισμος το μεγεθος της πισινας) (στη θαλασσα καπου καπου χανει το GPS οταν ειναι βυθισμενα).
Με εχει βοηθηση πολυ να ειμαι πιο δραστηρια γενικως και να πετυχαινω καλυτερο χρονο σε 5 χλμ (δεν ειχα τρεξει ποτες μου πριν!). Ειμαι πολυ ευχαριστημενη με την επιλογη μου.
Very good watch, the screen is very bright in the sun. The only thing that is not true is the battery; you promise it will last 14 days but for me, with daily exercise tracking for about half an hour, it lasts at most a week

In the photo it looks sturdier while it is not. The vibration is moderate and the menu is cumbersome. Relatively elegant but extremely expensive for what it offers.
Στην φωτογραφία δείχνει πιο στιβαρο ενω δεν είναι. Η δόνηση μέτρια και το μενού δύσχρηστο. Σχετικά κομψό αλλά πανάκριβο για αυτά που προσφέρει.

Good for its price, a good reliable GPS. I have had it for 3 years and now, however, the battery does not last as long as it did at first. It used to last 7 to 8 days and now not even 3
καλο για τα χρήματα του καλο αξιόπιστο GPS. το έχω 3 χρόνια και τώρα όμως η μπαταρία δε κρατάει όσο στην αρχή. κρατούσε 7 με 8 ημέρες και τώρα ούτε 3
Very good and reliable watch for its price, just right for beginners, people getting their first watch or on a budget, plenty of features and good battery.
Tip: When you get it, check the settings for heart rate; it calculates your Max HR by doing 220 - {your age} and often gets your heart rate zones quite wrong, making, for example, an easy 5K look like zone 3-4. If you don't roughly know your max heart rate, do a test to estimate it as soon as possible so it doesn't record many runs as more tiring than they actually were, because this changes what it recommends to you.
Πολύ καλό και αξιόπιστο ρολόι για τα χρήματα του , ο,τι πρέπει για αρχάριους, άτομα που παίρνουν το πρώτο τους ρολόι ή είναι σε budget , αρκετές λειτουργίες και καλή μπαταρία.
Tip : ΄Όταν το πάρετε κοιτάξτε τις ρυθμίσεις στο heart rate , υπολογίζει το Max HR σου κάνοντας 220 - {ηλικία σου} και συχνά πέφτει αρκετά έξω στα heart rate zones σου , κάνοντας εύκολα πχ ένα χαλαρό 5ρι να φαίνεται σαν zone 3-4. Αν δεν ξέρετε πάνω κάτω το max heart rate σας κάντε κάποιο τεστ για να το υπολογίσετε χοντρικά όσο νωρίτερα γίνεται για να μην έχει πολλά runs που θεωρεί πως σε κούρασαν παραπάνω από ότι όντως σε κούρασαν γιατί αλλάζει το τι σου προτείνει.
