    I received it as a gift and I'm still exploring it! The strap is very soft and the clasp is nice, as shown in the photo here on Scroutz. It looks very sturdy and beautiful, and it withstands water for hand washing at least, which is what I want. It has a Greek menu for both the watch and the mobile application.

    There is no manual way to adjust the time on the watch itself, but when you connect it to your phone, it updates automatically. There is also no way to set an alarm on the watch itself, only through the application. It measures heart rate, oxygen, blood pressure, and sleep. It has breathing exercises for anxiety and displays the weather, which updates every hour from the phone to the watch. It has a passcode lock, so no one can access the menu. It displays messages on Viber and SMS in Greek, but if a text is too long, it doesn't display it at all. (Be careful if you have selected silent mode, as lowering the bar above does not display any notifications on the watch from Viber or SMS). It has a countdown and a calculator. There is a button in the settings for restarting the watch and for turning it off. Also, in the mobile application, there is a reminder for sedentary lifestyle and drinking water, with a default of 45 minutes, and you can set the start and end time. It's also very nice that when you press to enter the menu, a double tap on the button changes the display from small icons to larger tiles, and then one by one, it shows what they are. It has a touch screen and the wheel works, as well as the touch.

    For calls, in order to see incoming calls on your watch, you need to lower the bar and press the Bluetooth icon, then open the Bluetooth on your phone and find the device "XO M18" and press pair. When there is an incoming call, it vibrates and rings normally, and you can reject it by pressing the menu button, or answer the call and talk from the watch by swiping right. There is also the option to lock the buttons to prevent access to the menu. I didn't like any of the watch styles that are included in the watch, so I downloaded some from the mobile application. There are several, but most of them require a purchase through PayPal and cost $2 :-(. Also, I don't know if it will withstand battery life or stand the test of time because it's Chinese and not a well-known brand.

    Edit 17/3/2023: Since the end of February, it doesn't allow changing the watch face from the phone. Very disappointing. I have to use the ones that are already on it, even though I had bought some nice ones and now I can't synchronize them with the watch. As soon as it installs, it disconnects from Bluetooth :-(. However, in terms of battery life, if I turn off the reminder to drink water and get up from the sitting position, it lasts about a week. I only use it as a regular watch, it's tiring that I still haven't figured out how to charge it, but it does charge with the cable and the annoying magnetic closure of the charger that often comes off.
