Quite fast and reliable, I haven't measured speeds because I just set it to transfer a huge volume of files to disks and didn't bother with how fast it does it. The RGB is quite nice, but I don't think it's a buying criterion.

Plug & play, its speeds are amazing, up to 172MB/s.
It is also very beautiful and doesn't take up much space.
The only thing I don't know is how durable it will be over time, but I will update as soon as I have more information.
