My Malinois tore it to shreds.
I think it is better suited for a small breed and that depends on the dog's breed. For example, a Jack Russell might do what my Malinois did.
As for quality, it is quite good.
However, it would be good to consult your vet, especially if you have an energetic dog.

This review is about a variation of the product

I got the shoes for my old female dog who drags her back leg, resulting in her nails getting cut and her paw burning on the hot asphalt. As soon as I put them on her and we went outside, she started running! Overall, they have made a big difference for her and they stay securely on her paw thanks to the velcro, which you can tighten as needed. They are also non-slip, because now she slips a lot when standing. The only negative is that the front part of the shoe got a hole from use in less than a month (but we often go on dirt, stones, and rough terrain). If it had a larger hard surface at the front, the shoe would be perfect!

This shoe series, the Trixie Active Walker, is the only one worth buying. I adopted my dog who was run over by a car, with a broken spine; fortunately, she learned to walk again because she was young, but she drags her back legs a bit, resulting in her nails getting worn down. The shoes for her back legs were a necessity, and she has been wearing them for 11 years now. I have purchased all brands, I have even bought shoes from abroad, even ordering shoes from Canada for better options. They all wear out the same way, and they all twist on the dog's foot, no matter what fastening system they have. This particular one is at least comfortable for walking and allows her to run as much as she can. And it has one of the best fastenings; other shoes I have tried are much worse. I give it 5 stars not because it is the perfect or the cheapest shoe, but because it is definitely the best on the market.

They have good quality but they come off when walking, so they end up being useless. However, I have tried others and they also come off.

Very good quality and durable sole, we use it as support for our dog's injured paw.
