Key features:
The balance roller from Amila is made from high-density EVA and retains its shape even after extensive use.
See Description & SpecificationsUsers consider the roller to be very high quality, sturdy, and durable enough for regular use. They use it for Pilates exercises, warm-ups, and stretching, and note that the material has no unpleasant odor and that it comes with exercise instructions. Some would prefer a smaller diameter.
In general, it is what it should be as a product, personally I would have liked it to be a little smaller in diameter but I didn't notice it. Still satisfied though

Excellent quality, durable for everyday use! Perfect for exercises, warm-ups, and stretches. The plastic material doesn't smell at all. User-friendly and essential, especially for back pain.
Very good quality and durability! The material doesn't smell at all and it also comes with some usage instructions and exercises, in case the user needs help.
