This manual provides suggested answers to the questions of the theoretical part of the Initial Vocational Training Certification exams for graduates of Vocational Training Institutes (I.E.K.)... in the specialty "Computer Technician" conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Joint Ministerial Decision No. 2944/2014 of the Ministries of Finance and Education and Religious Affairs (Government Gazette B' 1098/2014), as amended and in force, issued pursuant to the provision of paragraph 5, article 25, of Law 4186/2013 (Government Gazette A' 193/2013), as amended by the provision of paragraph 1, article 11, of Law 4229/2014 (Government Gazette A' 8/2014) and in force.

Short and concise answers were chosen for some questions to facilitate memorization. For other questions, the answers are more developed and explanatory, aiming at the assimilation of knowledge through the understanding of methodologies, phenomena, and cases. 

Depending on the type of question, the answer may be unambiguous or just one version of the different ones that could be valid, always striving to be sufficient. In any case, the writing of this manual was done in the hope of being a helpful aid in the efforts of the trainees to succeed in the certification.
