    Mine had many defects. First, the ink cartridge door does not seal properly, resulting in it often opening on its own and canceling the print. Second, the paper feed is problematic. Rarely does the paper go into the correct slot, so you have to feed the paper yourself, page by page, and even then it is not always possible. Third, scanning is often impossible because—for some reason I don't know—the computer does not recognize it. I had to reinstall the printer several times to make it work. This is the third printer I have changed, the first was an HP Desk Inject, the second a Samsung, and this one is by far the worst!

    Very bad product with many problems in the software. After printing about 300 pages, it started having trouble pulling the page for printing, resulting in having to be right above it and lifting and lowering the A4 pages hoping it would manage to pull one for printing, and many times even when it did pull the page, it printed only half.
