Description & Specifications

The Cristel Castel Pro wok features a three-ply Multiply construction of stainless steel and aluminum, with a polished mirror finish. The aluminum core distributes heat throughout the cookware, while its conical shape is ideal for high-temperature cooking with minimal fat. It is suitable for all cooktops, including induction, as well as for the dishwasher and grill.

To clean the wok, soak it in hot water with mild detergent if needed. When using it, set the cooktop to 2/3 of its maximum power; for cooktops with up to 12 heat settings, setting 9 is recommended, and for cooktops with up to 9 settings, setting 6. On a gas cooktop, the flame should not extend beyond the base of the cookware.
