It is one size, so the fit on the hand will never be like a regular bandage, but it is quite satisfactory on the wrist. It has an additional seam with leather on the thumb that initially impressed me, but from the third workout, it loosened and opened... and you're not even there yet... On the positive side, it does not smell on the hand
