One star mandatory, because I can't give zero. The insulation is polyurethane foam that does not cover the entire container. Literally, you press with your finger and you understand the gaps, or rather you understand where the foam is. I only use it to wash my hands. The material is plastic but the construction quality is simply terrible and I don't trust to drink from it. Made in India. It could not be sold, but for transporting water only for hand washing it's okay. I have no idea if it keeps the content cold or hot (I doubt it), but for no reason would I drink anything from this container. Some basic hygiene and safety standards should exist for products that are marketed, I believe.
