This review is about the colour: Navy Blue

The toothbrush is amazing for its price. Except for one issue that personally bothers me a little. While it worked normally without interruptions for the first 1.5 months, it started having some interruptions every 30 seconds, meaning it stops and starts on its own every 30 seconds. I sent it back to the store where I bought it, and the official representative's response is as follows...

    Dear Customer.

This is our zone change reminder function, our toothbrushes are set with a 2-minute timer and a 30-second zone change reminder to help you form good brushing habits more scientifically.

In this case, we cannot accept the toothbrush as problematic.
Their response did not convince me, but I can't do anything else. I have an Oral B toothbrush from a decade ago that never stops. Also, why didn't it happen to me in the first 1.5 months? I hope I helped future buyers. I am here for any questions.
