The distinctive bell of the Cardiology IV, in a chalice shape, features dual-frequency diaphragms on both sides, providing excellent acoustic performance, flexibility, and ease in diagnosing adult and pediatric patients.
The pediatric side of the bell converts to a traditional bell by replacing the dual-frequency diaphragm with a non-chill rim, which is included with every Cardiology IV stethoscope.
