    I'm not sure if it does anything... I have shoulder tendonitis and I bought it to keep it stable, but my hand and shoulder still move normally while I tighten it until it cuts off my blood circulation! The hand and shoulder are not immobilized, it just gives a feeling of tightness in the area but not stabilization...
    Maybe if it cost 5 to 8 euros it might be worth it, but not for almost 30 euros... It's better to use a simple wrap with a scarf...
