    Excellent. It does exactly the same job as Effecol for chronic constipation. At first, I took 2 sachets for 3 days. Then, after the necessary bowel movements occurred, I adjusted it to half a sachet every other day for about a month and maybe I will need to use it even less often since my bowel now works like clockwork without side effects. Ideal for hard stools and constipation. Everyone adjusts the doses according to their needs as my doctor told me and it works as long as you are consistent. There is no more effective and safer treatment for chronic constipation as it is not absorbed nor does it create intestinal dependency.
