I have had it for about a month and I have really used it everywhere... crepes, pitas for souvlaki, fried bread, and amazing omelettes.... very easy to clean... I always wash it by hand.
Its application on my ceramic stovetop is perfect.
It needs attention not to be exposed to cold water before it cools down completely and of course, away from sharp objects.... very good quality... value for money.
