Favorite NatureTech. Top bars in terms of quality/price/macros.
Obviously at this price they are not 100% whey milk, but the plant protein they contain (soy) does not bloat me and does not bother my gut even if I eat them every day.
They also contain collagen and soy lecithin, both of which are very important for joints and cholesterol, especially if you are over 40 like I am.
Taste-wise I prefer the Power Pro Plus, but these here also have fiber.

I bought 3 different flavors, peanut butter, chocolate, and coconut, and all three tasted terrible. The taste was so awful that when it was time to eat them, I almost felt sick. It also felt like a brick in my stomach. Maybe it was a bad batch, I don't know. I bought about 15 and it took me two months to eat them because I didn't really like them. Prefer other bars. I threw the last one away instead of eating it.

For me, the most indulgent in taste bar, like eating Twix!
Of course, also top in nutritional ingredients. 10/10!!!

All the bars from naturetech are one better than the other. I haven't tasted more delicious bars.

Delicious bar with a satisfying amount of protein. Except for the fact that it contains many trans fats, it is one of the best bars.

There are no nutritional facts on the packaging or box. The main reason may be that it is filled with sugar and fat. It ruined my diet, do not order if you are trying to lose weight.

The bar with strawberry, very tasty and filling, personally I prefer the one with coconut. In the photo, the ingredients and the nutritional analysis.

On the positive side, it has a sweet taste (although it has a slight aftertaste) and a good value for money, especially if someone buys them in large quantities.
Perhaps there is an excessive use of sweeteners, and unfortunately it contains soy and gluten. The company has other options without these ingredients. It has a high calorie content, which can be positive for some.
Nevertheless, it is still a good bar if someone doesn't eat them every day.

It is a nice protein bar and the 24 grams of protein it provides is a satisfying meal, but what bothers me is the high amount of calories and fat it has. I consider it to be too much fat for a snack or sweet treat that you want to use. The truth is that it keeps you full for a while, but I don't know how much it can really help someone who is on a diet. As a sweet treat, it is worth it, no doubt about it

In terms of taste, it is the best protein bar I have tried. The only problem, in my opinion, is that it has a lot of calories from carbohydrates and fats. If you are on a bulk diet, it is definitely worth it, but for a cut diet, there are better options with fewer calories and roughly the same amount of protein (such as Quest Nutrition, etc.)

Awesome chocolate for someone who is on a diet and wants something sweet or a pre-workout meal. I have eaten boxes of it, my favorite, there is no way someone can try it and not like it.
