Very high-quality bag, I highly recommend it. After quite a bit of research for my own needs, I couldn't find anything better for this price. What I was looking for:
- Laptop compartment (a big plus is that it is 3 inches from the bottom of the bag, so even if it falls vertically, the laptop won't hit the ground)
- External pockets for a water bottle (it can barely fit a liter as long as it's tall and not too thick)
- Dimensions for air travel (without the expansion, it is within dimensions for Aegean, Ryanair, etc.)
- Additional organizational pockets
- The expansion provides plenty of space when needed
For me, a positive is that it opens all around like a suitcase and fills up easily

One negative after use is that the pockets in the small compartment are relatively small and can only fit pens, cables, or keys, not something like a power bank
