I bought it because I have an issue with my sciatic nerve and I work many hours sitting down. After 6 months of use, I have to say that it really helps a lot. It is medium to firm, so even though I am quite overweight, it doesn't compress too much, and its shape helps me sit upright in the office chair that I use it on. However, don't expect miracles if you have any musculoskeletal issues - it will help, but you won't avoid treatment from a specialist. One drawback is that it gets very hot in the heat, but I wrap it with a cotton towel and it reduces it quite a bit. It is honest and worth its money.
Το πήρα γιατί έχω θέμα με το ισχιακό νεύρο και δουλεύω πολλές ώρες καθιστή. Μετά από 6 μήνες χρήσης έχω να πω ότι όντως βοηθά πολύ.
