The Ratiotec Soldi Smart Pro counterfeit banknote detector checks euros and US dollars using infrared (IR) and magnetic (MG) detection. It features automatic operation, and banknotes can be inserted from any side and in any direction. The 14-digit LED display shows the value of the banknote and, when the add function is enabled, the total value and quantity by denomination.

The check takes 0.3 seconds per banknote. The device provides an audible alert and a visual indicator on the display, with a green frame for accepted banknotes and a red one for suspicious banknotes. It can operate on mains power or with an optional rechargeable battery. The cover opens for cleaning the interior and sensors.
