The Metabo KHA 18 LTX BL 40 cordless rotary hammer combines hammer drilling and chiselling, with an SDS Max tool holder. Its brushless motor and Vario Constamatic (VTC) technology maintain an almost constant speed under load, while the speed and impact energy can be reduced when working with softer materials.

The Metabo VibraTech (MVT) system reduces vibration, while the Metabo S automatic safety clutch mechanically disconnects the drive unit in the event of an unexpected jam. The housing is made of aluminium alloy. For dust-free drilling, the ESA max dust extraction system can be used; it is sold separately.
