  • Very disappointed with the Creative Sound Blaster Play! 4. On the computer, there is a constant annoying "tick tick" sound in the headphones, which makes the user experience very bad. I expected much better quality from a product of this company and at this price. I have bought much cheaper sound cards that work perfectly and without such problems. Unfortunately, I would not buy it again nor would I recommend it.

It's worth every last euro! It was installed on a Mac Mini M4 with Edifier 1280 speakers (which I was ready to replace for better sound) and literally elevated the audio experience. Crystal clear sound without distortions. Night and day compared to the onboard sound card of the Mac. Compatible with macOS in its functions.

I got them to put some KZ brand headphones because when I connected them to the PC they made noise like water, but since I put them in the card I have no issues and the sound is okay

I had an issue with the integrated sound card of the motherboard, which had coil whine noise on both the audio and microphone. This one works perfectly.

It was recognized straight away on Windows 11. I didn't download the Creative software because I'm not interested at the moment, so I can't judge it.

I bought it because I had the HyperX Cloud Alpha and because they require a lot of power and the sound card on my motherboard was simply awful, I had low sound. After this, the sound is very powerful along with the Dolby that I have, the sound for my ears is incredible

Excellent sound card/dac for its price. I connected it to a desktop computer with Windows 10, paired with an Arcam amplifier and B&W speakers, and with the accompanying software that I downloaded from the Creative website, the sound truly transformed. Compared to the Dragonfly Black that I was using, it's like day and night. I highly recommend it, and I believe it easily competes with much more expensive dac/cards.
