Excessively complicated handling. One click, two clicks and hold etc., many times due to my own handling I wanted to do one thing and something else happened. This led to, instead of enjoying the hundred euros I spent, I ended up getting frustrated with customer support because one earbud has a different volume or they have become desynchronized and sometimes only one or the other connects but never both together. Ok, the sound is ok, the design is ok, but -2 stars just for the handling.

They are very good headphones, durable, comfortable, with strong bass and loud volume. With continuous daily use and under tough conditions like rain, sweat, etc., they lasted almost 2 years for me. If you take a little care of them and don't destroy them like I did, you'll be just fine.

I've had them for about 2 years with daily use for extreme music. They still play perfectly like new. I've lost the pads that came in the package but they are just as comfortable.

I received the product with the right earphone broken, after returning the product to the store and receiving a new one, the right earphone remains broken. For the price of €70, all this hassle is definitely not worth it. I just hope I was unlucky and wish new buyers to be luckier. Think about it once or twice before you buy them.

Edit: My own may have battery issues because in the end, the earphone that works only lasted 15 minutes of use before the battery died.

The biggest nonsense I have ever bought. 1) The battery runs out incredibly fast. 2) When you put them in their case, they keep playing music and do not disconnect from Bluetooth. 3) Sometimes only one of the two will connect and the other will be dead and I have to do rituals to make it work. 4) They do not fit well in the ears at all.

Very good sound for music, but since they don't have Noise Cancellation, it's annoying or even impossible for them to hear you if you're doing anything else unless you're lying in bed.

I use them for about 1 hour every day at full volume and I charge the box every 2-3 weeks.. the conclusions are yours..

They have an amazing sound, and with the mobile app, you can do whatever you want to achieve the desired result. I don't know if this happens to others, but I have the following problem... when I use them in a conversation and I'm stationary, there is absolutely no problem. However, when I use them while moving at over 30 km, the person I'm talking to can't hear me at all; it sounds robotic.

I have had them for 2 years. They haven't suffered anything. I use them at the gym and for calls. I am very satisfied.

They have quite good sound and good battery life, but they don't stay in my ears at all (at least not in mine) to the point that I only use them when I lie down in bed and don't move. If I were to rate them purely for sound quality, I would give them 5 stars.

I have had these headphones for over a year and they work just like the first day I got them. I bought the headphones last October. They are the second pair I have bought as the previous one broke in the first month, the charging base, and they were replaced through the warranty. The headphones initially had great bass and you could adjust the sound intensity through the app provided by Razer. In calls, you need to have one earbud in your ear and the other close to your mouth to be heard clearly. Since I have an iPhone, there is also the option of noise cancellation, but for Android users, it is a problem. After cleaning them with a cotton swab about a week ago, their sound was greatly distorted and the volume decreased significantly. The headphones are not worth their price in any case.

Owner for 1.5 years. Very large in size and do not fit well in the ear at all (even with the extra ear tips they provide) as they constantly fall out. Unfortunately, after the first drop they had after 1.5 years of almost daily use, one of them stopped working. I have had them for almost 3 months now and I have to say the battery is excellent, it easily lasts 3-4 hours. Happy to put it in the case and the case needs to be charged MAX3 times a month. The delay is very long compared to airpods even in gaming mode. But the music sounds incredibly good, and you can adjust the EQ from the app on the play store. It is large in size and I would recommend not getting them if you have small ears, but they fit me well. Overall, for the price, I would say it's worth it.

Easy connection to mobile and good battery. They have very good sound. The negatives are that they do not fit well in the ear (which is subjective, but they could have made it with different-sized 'cushions'). I bought them for 40 euros on Black Friday. In the first week, they broke, so I exchanged them for new ones, which stopped playing any multimedia sound like Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, etc. in the 3rd month. They work fine for calls. The build quality is good, and the battery is satisfactory. Considering their price and the brand name, you expect something really good in terms of sound quality, but the truth is that their bass is weak. The app that is supposed to adjust the equalizer to your liking somewhat improves it, but it is still very weak. I wear them outdoors, at the gym, in urban areas, and even when they are at 100%, it feels like they are playing at 30 to 40%. The QCY ones I had before, which cost 15 euros, were much better. Upgrade to Xiaomi Buds 5 and save yourself the headache. Don't make the mistake of buying them, not even for 5 euros.
