The I’D S Black self-braking descender is designed for work at height and rope work. It features an ergonomic handle that allows comfortable control during descent. The built-in anti-panic function and mistake-proof safety limit the risk of accidents due to user error. The AUTO-LOCK system enables users to easily position themselves at a work site without having to manipulate the handle or tie off the device. Once locked, the rope can be retrieved without handling the handle. The safety feature allows for the rope to be installed while the device remains connected to the harness. The I’D S is compatible with ropes having a diameter of 10 to 11.5 millimeters and allows for the management of loads up to 250 kilograms.
