Technology:
- The TPU coating is applied through a process unique to the medical and aerospace industries.
- The extrusion lamination coating is more resistant, consistent, and allows us to use our own TPU recipe.
- It is significantly superior to roller coating, which is used in most outdoor products today and can have delamination issues.
- We have also applied antimicrobial treatment to the TPU to prevent the growth of mold or fungi inside the mattress.
- The PVC-free TPU material is strong, durable, flexible, and resistant to UV radiation and extreme cold - so it can be folded multiple times for storage in a pocket without cracking or discoloration.
