First of all, it doesn't have the regular remote control and the keyboard doesn't work properly.
For example, the enter key doesn't work (it simply adds the letter q when pressed),
the right and left click buttons on the pad don't work,
it doesn't shut down, but always restarts.
The wifi is very slow (even though the modem is right next to the device), so live streaming is only possible with a cable connected to the router.
It doesn't play Ertflix because Ert has a problem with Android 9 after the latest update, as I can see on their Facebook page and other sites. And it doesn't work at all on Android 10.
It heats up quickly.
If I had kept the shipping package and the receipt, I would have returned it.
Maybe it's just my device.

They offered to replace it, but I didn't do it because I don't think it's a fault of the box. After a month, I have noticed differences in terms of delays depending on the quality of the video being played.
In the end, we put it in the bedroom with an external hard drive and we watch movies that we have converted to less demanding formats and news, and it's okay.
It also works better with a network cable, even if you place it next to the router, the wifi doesn't work well.
We gave it 3 stars because the quality of online videos improved with the use of a cable
Πρώτα από όλα δεν έχει και το κανονικό τηλεκοντρόλ και το πληκτρολόγιο δεν δουλεύει σωστά.
Για παράδειγμα δεν λειτουργεί το enter (προσθέτει απλά το γράμμα q όταν το πατάς),
δεν λειτουργεί το δεξί και αριστερο κλικ που έχει δεξιά και αριστερά απο το pad αντίστοιχα,
δεν κλείνει (shut down) αλλά κάνει πάντα μόνο επανεκκίνηση (restart).
To wifi είναι πάρα πολύ αργό, (και το modem είναι δίπλα σχεδόν στην συσκευή) όποτε live stream μόνο με καλώδιο συνδεδεμένο στον router.
Δεν παίζει ertflix αφού η ερτ έχει πρόβλημα με το android 9 μετά τo τελευτέο update, από ότι βλέπω στο facebook της ert και σε άλλα site. Και στο android 10 δεν παίζει καθόλου.
Ζεστάνετε πολύ και γρήγορα.
Εάν είχα κρατήσει την συσκευασία αποστολής όταν ήρθε που πρέπει να είχε επάνω και την απόδειξη θα το επέστρεφα.
Ίσως είναι μόνο η δική μου συσκευή.

Προσφέρθηκαν να το αντικαταστήσουν αλλά δεν το έκανα γιατί δεν πιστεύω ότι είναι ελάττωμα του κουτιού, μετά από ένα μήνα έχω δεί διαφορές σε ότι αφορά τις καθυστερήσεις ανάλογα με την ποιότητα του video που παίζει.
Τελικά το βάλαμε στο υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα εξωτερικό σκληρό και παίζουμε ταινίες που έχουμε μετατρέψει σε format οχι τόσο απαιτητικά και ειδήσεις και είναι οκ.
Επίσης δουλεύει καλλίτερα με καλώδιο δικτύου, ακόμα και εάν το βάλεις δίπλα στον router το wifi δεν λειτουργεί καλά.
Βάλαμε 3 αστέρια αφού η ποιότητα των online video βελτιώθηκε με την χρήση καλωδίου
