Thoraco-Lumbo-Sacral Orthosis (TLSO) with Air. Consists of two ergonomic parts, front and back.

Internal lightweight plastic parts with anatomical design. Internal, removable, adhesive elastic lining made of 3D fabric, polyester, nylon, polyethylene. Can be washed.

The parts connect with each other using three multiple lateral integrated adhesive elastic fastening straps. The posterior lumbar section has an integrated air chamber system that provides precise distribution of air pressure.

Equipped with a plastic duct with an inflation pump (PUMP) for the input and output of air. It can accommodate a removable anterior sternal plate (T-BAR), which is height adjustable and provides trunk extension.

In case of fractures or neurosurgical operations, the air chamber system removes pressure from the spine. Postoperatively, it offers protection of surgical materials, accelerates the speed of union, reduces the risks of deformity development, and prevents the development of spondylarthropathy.
