    Very good product, but relatively small (250mg/capsule) and maybe not cost-effective compared to the competition (NOW, LAMBERTS). It induces a relative calmness, but nothing too crazy. I also have a suspicion/certainty that it lowers sugar levels quite a bit, and maybe even cholesterol a little in the early stages of each disease. Good overall. They should look at its price a bit, at least not to increase it further, because as we said it is small in mg.
