I bought it for my mother and because I discussed it with a friend, he also bought 2. Two hardware issues arose (one had a faulty button on the keyboard and the other started experiencing blue screens after a while, and I was told by the representative that there was an issue with the motherboard). The good thing is that both were addressed and the necessary changes were made (one was given to me as a new replacement, and the other was sent to CPI Service for motherboard replacement).
Here I would like to make a general comment about Lenovo. They are good machines and often offer good value for money. HOWEVER, when it comes to addressing any issues, things can get a bit strange. Until recently, Lenovo did not have a physical presence in Greece, which meant that you had to contact a representative for anything. (I don't know if the news of opening a physical store in Athens changes anything!). And this is where the present laptop comes into play.
ATTENTION!
If you want to add an extra hard drive, it has a "physical" slot inside BUT it does not have the connector for the SATA. So, if you want to add an extra drive, you have to buy the accessory. The official representative informed me that the spare part, along with the labor, cost 50€ for each machine!! I had a hard time finding the accessory on the internet and in the end, I didn't decide to buy it, but the cost was ridiculous! We're talking about a cable that connects to the motherboard and has a female SATA connector to connect the hard drive.
Other than that, I am satisfied with how my mother uses it. Mainly for internet and office tasks, and she hasn't encountered any performance or battery life issues.
Το αγόρασα για την μητέρα μου και επειδή το συζήτησα με έναν φίλο πήρε και αυτός 2. Βγήκαν 2 προβληματικά όσον αφορά το hardware (το ένα είχε ένα πλήκτρο χαλασμένο στο keyboard και το άλλο μετά από λίγο καιρό άρχισε τα blue screens και μου είπαν από αντιπροσωπεία ότι είχε θέμα η μητρική). Το καλό είναι ότι και στα 2 ανταποκρίθηκαν και έγιναν οι αλλαγές. (το ένα ως DOA μου δόθηκε απευθείας καινούργιο, και το άλλο πήγε στην CPI Service και έγινε αντικατάσταση της μητρικής)
Εδώ θα ήθελα να κάνω ένα γενικότερο σχόλιο για την φάση με τα Lenovo. Είναι καλά μηχανήματα και πολλές φορές αρκετά vfm. ΑΛΛΑ, στην ερώτηση που απευθύνεσαι αν υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα, είναι λίγο περίεργα τα πράγματα. Μέχρι πρότινος η lenovo δεν είχε φυσική παρουσία στην Ελλάδα, πράγμα που σήμαινε ότι για οτιδήποτε έπρεπε να απευθυνθείς σε αντιπρόσωπο. (Δεν ξέρω αν με την είδηση ότι άνοιξε φυσικό κατάστημα στην Αθήνα αλλάξει κάτι!). Και εδώ έρχεται να δέσει το γλυκό με το παρόν Laptop.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!
Αν θέλεις να προσθέσεις extra σκληρό, έχει "φυσική" θέση στο εσωτερικό ΑΛΛΑ δεν έχει το κούμπωμα για να μπει ο sata. Αν θέλεις λοιπόν να βάλεις extra, πρέπει να πάρεις το εξάρτημα. Ο επίσημος αντιπρόσωπος με ενημέρωσε ότι το ανταλλακτικό μαζί με τα εργατικά ήταν 50€ για το κάθε μηχάνημα!! Το εξάρτημα για να το βρω μόνος μου στο Internet ζορίστηκα και τελικά δεν το αποφάσισα αλλά το κόστος του ήταν αστείο! Μιλάμε για μία καλωδιοταινία που κουμπώνει στην μητρική και βγάζει θηλυκό SATA για να κουμπώσεις τον σκληρό.
Κατά τα άλλα ευχαριστημένος για την χρήση που το κάνει η μητέρα μου. Κυρίως internet και office και δεν την έχει εκθέσει ούτε από άποψη επιδόσεων ούτε από άποψη αυτονομίας.
