The blessed hut of the Holy Cross. The front side and the olive tree are distinguished, where the Elder sat with the visitors and nourished them, not with olives, but with the word of God and refreshed their souls. How many times did we sit there together, under the shade of the olive tree, and as a layperson, but also later as a monk, when I felt the hut as my paternal home because there I truly was reborn. The greatest blessing of my life!
