Although it has been a few days (almost 2 weeks) since I started taking this specific supplement, I believe something has started to happen but we will see along the way if it really helps.

I believe it does its job as maintenance... However, I don't think it is a cure for urinary tract infections. We gave it to our grandmother and within 2 weeks, the appearance and odor of her urine improved tremendously.
