Description

The SmartWise T1R2B is the latest generation wireless RF (radio frequency) 2-gang switch, often used as a wireless 2-way switch for Sonoff TX and Sonoff T1 switches. The R2 is the new type – with an identical appearance to the previous version – but internally upgraded with a more powerful RF chip and 2 CR2032 battery slots for longer battery life.

The dimensions of the glass switch panel are the same as those of the Sonoff T433, and it features a nearly identical appearance. It is compatible with the smart Sonoff T1 and TX (WiFi-equipped + RF) switches, and its design harmonizes well. Inside the switch casing, there is a 433MHz RF wireless remote control. The device is not intended for standalone use, it wirelessly combines with Sonoff T1 switches (1C / 2C), and the TX T1, T2, T3 series (1C, 2C, 3C) via radio frequency or an RF gateway like the Sonoff RF Bridge.

It is also compatible with the Sonoff RF wireless switch and the Sonoff 4CH Pro relay switch, using it for remote control of the relays, and to turn on/off any light or other device connected to the RF or 4CH Pro relays. The SmartWise T1R1/T1R2/T1R3 RF remote controls operate with 2 pieces of CR2032 batteries, which are not included in the package. You can mount it on the wall with screws (not included) or with double-sided adhesive tape (included). No wiring is required, it controls other T1/TX switches via radio frequency. There is no internal wall part, nor are wall electrical boxes needed.
