Richard Brennan is the director of the Alexander Technique Centre in Galway, Ireland. He has given numerous lectures in Europe and the USA and has been teaching the Alexander Technique for over 25 years. He has written eight books on the technique and well-being in general, including Change Your Posture – Change Your Life and Back in Balance. He is also the president and co-founder of the Irish Society of Alexander Technique Teachers (ISATT).
