For best use, the dosage is defined as follows: 1 measuring cup for 4-5kg of clothes, 1 ½ cap for 6-8kg, and ½ cap is sufficient for hand washing.     It smells fantastic! Something like baby powder but not too intense. It stays on clothes for several days. I decided to try this specific fabric softener because it is hypoallergenic, and I can say that for a month now I haven't noticed any irritation (unlike other fabric softeners on the market). On the negative side, it leaves a lot of residue in the washing machine drawer, as if it creates soap bubbles when water falls and spreads everywhere. I can only imagine what it might leave behind in the rest of the washing machine..
