  • When opening the bag to put the detergent in the dispenser, the dust that is created bothers my respiratory system. It only cleans the dishes on the hot program at 70 degrees

The three stars are being generous. For me, it doesn't clean pots and tupperware as it should. I run the dishwasher daily, I use both its salt and rinse aid, I don't leave anything dried on, and yet the stains don't come off!!!!
If I only put plates, glasses, and lightly soiled cutlery, then yes, everything is ok. Basically, I have to rinse them in the sink first, so I was disappointed. The paper measuring cup they provide is terrible, it tears after a few uses.
Also, until you find the right dosage for the dishes, foam remains at the bottom so you have to run a second wash for rinsing. IF I HAD TO RINSE, I WOULD RINSE THE CONVENTIONAL TABLETS TOO………..
I don't know what has gone wrong..

  • On Sonett's website, there is a chart for adjusting it based on the water hardness in your area, as well as other useful information and explanations for the use of each ingredient:
    https://www.sonett.eu/products/dishwashing/dishwasher-detergent

My dishwasher does NOT have a water softener (it's the BlitzHome BH-4-CDW) and in the photos you can see it has some limescale.
With the previous gel I used, which also had "rinse aid," it was a bit better, but personally, I don't mind.

The "scoop" it comes with is laughable; I transferred the powder to a bottle-type container with a cap and use it from there.
It cleans just fine, also good for the environment. 5/5 from me.

  • It is only valuable for dishwashers that have a water hardness meter. Not for old dishwashers
