The taste is not good, at least for me. As for the supplement's effectiveness, it is good. The best flavors are strawberry-kiwi and berries.

Negligible amounts inside, something like 1.5% and 3.5%.
For those doing carnivore/keto it's wasted money, it won't give you what you need.

For those who say they notice a difference, with a 1.5% content it's clearly placebo.
There are much better electrolytes on the market and at half the price of these.

Personally, I really like the flavors (berry, tropical, citrus and strawberry kiwi). The electrolyte content is not particularly high, making these a poor choice for intense exercise. However, they are fine for everyday use or even for light exercise. Each to their own, as they say.

Quite good taste, the Grapefruit. I put it in 700-750ml and the ratio is just fine as stated on the packaging.

Never again summer training without this. Only grapefruit flavor. It's like drinking watered-down 3cents. The other flavors are like almora, artificial

I have been using it for many years while running and lately also as electrolytes during heatwaves. It really quenches your thirst and has a very pleasant taste.

With 2 capsules on training days (cycling 1-1.5 hours in heat ~30 degrees) I felt perfect in terms of hydration. I never felt dehydrated, nor dizzy, nor extremely tired, which I sometimes felt with just water. Maybe the difference is just in my head, but the product definitely helps with hydration. Like all electrolytes I have tried in general. This particular one also has very nice flavors, as I tried them all.

I had never taken it before and I noticed a huge difference. I do 2-3 workouts a day, 5 times a week, and believe me, it's nothing like just drinking water in between. During the workouts, I feel like I'm still at the beginning of the session, physically speaking, and at the end of the workouts I don't feel that tightness and muscle soreness. I was absolutely satisfied after 4 months of frequent use and I will continue to take them.
I should note that due to the relatively low concentration, I definitely use 2 tablets a day during training

In the big summer runs it is necessary! It really hydrates and the fact that it doesn't have sugar is very good. Nice taste, not too sweet, so it doesn't mess with you. I put half a tablet in a 370ml bottle.

Although at a competitive price, the taste is terrible compared to (more expensive) GU Drink Tabs, as it resembles medicine...

Also, the fact that one tablet mixes with 750ml means that if you want to use them with 500ml or 1l bottles/water bottles, you will have to break them and weigh them (or eyeball it), as if you put one tablet in 500ml, then the taste of medicine is unbearable!

Does it do its job? Yes. Does it do it well? Quite well. Does it have a nice taste? No. Is it expected? Yes, since it doesn't have sugars, etc. I read that this is the best taste, I haven't tried the others, but I hope not. It generally tastes like those flavored "waters", meaning a mild and slightly annoying aftertaste, as the packaging says. I mainly use it for the gym but also when I go on long runs. I sweat a lot. Throughout my whole life, I have only met one person who sweats more. And it helps me a lot, especially in the summer when the heat is intense.

Each tablet covers 10 to 20% of the RDA for the trace elements it is supposed to contain. Therefore, in order for someone to meet their daily electrolyte needs, they need to take one whole package per day. The conclusions are up to you.
