The Uni-T Pro UT195M True RMS digital multimeter measures AC/DC voltage and current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, and temperature in electrical and electronic circuits. It supports automatic and manual range selection, while the LoZ function is used to measure low-impedance AC voltage. It also features phase sequence testing, maximum and minimum value storage, relative measurement, and data hold for the last reading.

The LCD has automatic backlighting, and the device includes a built-in flashlight. It performs diode and continuity tests and is powered by a 9 V battery.
