    I bought the chair in December 2022. In 7 months, one wheel broke. The hassle of sending the chair back while it is still under warranty is unbelievable!! The company has a terrible support system. The chair started creaking and the wheels started sticking within a few months, and also, after 2 hours, the bottom cushion stops being comfortable. I would not recommend it

    Amazing chair, I bought it because I work from home. I assembled it by myself in about 20 minutes. Very good quality and comfortable. Especially with the footrest, you can lie down as if you are in bed, if I didn't have trouble sleeping like a normal person, I could probably sleep comfortably. The only thing I'm afraid of, to tell the truth, is the shock absorber, I hope it withstands the test of time.
