There is always a fine line when it comes to the release of a Remaster version of an old Videogame. You can't tweak it so much that it feels "foreign," but you can't leave it as it was, so that it isn't compatible with current standards. Knowing this, you can see how many things went wrong with Sonic Colors Ultimate. While, yes, you are playing the same game as the one on the Wii, at the same time various Bugs, Glitches, Control Difficulties, Sound and Visual Problems, and Crashes welcome you to a wild party that you are not prepared to face. Naturally, you may wonder, "Does it have anything positive to offer amidst all this chaos of problems?" and honestly (with sadness) I will answer you, "It doesn't have anything to offer that will leave you with a sweet memory." To be more specific and clear... Sonic Colors is not a bad Videogame, but neither is it the Hidden gem of the series. However, this remaster version does NOT AT ALL represent the feeling and the original Impact that the game had back in 2009. So, why get Colors Ultimate, when you have Sonic Colors at home? (For those who got the Reference)
