I want to tell you how bad the situation has become. Children are being taught, systematically - by their teachers, in thousands of British public schools - that if they rotate their heads and move them up and down, blood circulation in the frontal lobe will increase, resulting in improved concentration; that if they rub one finger with another in a specially scientific-looking way, the 'energy flow' within their bodies will improve; and that if they hold water in their mouths on their tongues, their brains will be directly hydrated through the palate; all this, as part of a special exercise program called 'Brain Gym.'

We will take some time to discuss these views and, most importantly, the idiots in our educational system who adopt them.
