Suitable for:

• A multitude of different bonding and sealing tasks between similar and dissimilar materials on substrates such as metals, anodized aluminum, painted aluminum, galvanized sheet metal, painted surfaces, wood, stone, concrete, ceramics, glass, plastic (polyester and rigid PVC).

PROPERTIES:

A one-component sealant based on polyurethane in the form of a thixotropic paste, which, after contact with atmospheric air, transforms into an elastic and cohesive mass. Suitable for joints of materials in indoor and outdoor areas. The material remains elastic and resistant after curing at temperatures ranging from -40oC to +90oC, with high resistance to aging from ultraviolet (UV) radiation and humidity. After crust formation, it is paintable (check compatibility between paint and material with preliminary tests). It does not contain silicone.

Instructions for use:

The substrates for application must be clean, dry, and free from dust, oils, and greases. The material is applied using a hand or air gun after cutting the syringe at the appropriate points. Proper joint sizing must be maintained, with depth equal to half its width. Processing temperature: +5oC to +40oC.

Indications:

Exposure to direct sunlight may cause slight color change. Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, elastic silicone, polystyrene, and plasticized plastics.

Store in a cool and dry place (+10oC to +25oC) for twelve months from the date of production.
