Wurth 08925601 silicone is an insulating material with fungicidal properties, suitable for joints between ceramic tiles in wet areas. It prevents fungal growth and seals the joints. It adheres well without primer to tiles, glazed ceramic tiles, enamel, and polycarbonate glass.
It is resistant to ageing, weathering, ultraviolet radiation, and household cleaners and disinfectants. It is easy to smooth and does not form sticky surfaces. The duration of fungal inhibition depends on the humidity and ventilation of the area.
