For the immune system, it is very good! This year I didn't catch a cold at all and last year was the same. And this year, even though the flu is rampant, I got through it very lightly, on my feet and with just a little runny nose.
I would give it five stars but I give it three because the packaging has confused me a lot. The same product comes in two different packages and both packages are produced by Power of Nature; one package is white and says clean label, the other is kind of gray and no pharmacy explains the difference. All pharmacies present them as the same.
I got one with the gray packaging without this label and the capsules had a strange green color, something like brownish shadows. I wondered if the presence of the label means it has passed some checks... I don't know, maybe... Anyway, I repeat, it really bothers me that pharmacists do not point out the difference.
Also, I should note that I take it daily from September onwards until May at the full dosage of three capsules per day.

The same product comes in two different packages and both packages are produced by Power of Nature; one package is white and says clean label, the other is kind of gray and no pharmacy explains the difference. All pharmacies present them as the same.
I got one with the gray packaging without this label and the capsules had a strange green color, something like brownish shadows. I wondered if the presence of the label means it has passed some checks... I don't know, maybe... Anyway, I repeat, it really bothers me that pharmacists do not point out the difference.
Also, I should note that I take it daily from September onwards until May at the full dosage of three capsules per day.
Για το ανοσοποιητικό είναι πάρα πολύ καλό! Φέτος δεν κρυολόγησα καθόλου και πέρυσι το ίδιο. Και φέτος παρόλο που η γρίπη καλπάζει την πέρασα πολύ ελαφριά, στο πόδι και με λίγο συνάχι.
Θα έβαζα πέντε αλλά βάζω τρία γιατί με έχει μπερδέψει πολύ η συσκευασία. Βγαίνει το ίδιο προϊόν σε δύο διαφορετικές συσκευασίες και οι δύο συσκευασίες παράγονται από την power of Nature η μία συσκευασία είναι λευκή και αναγράφει clean label, Η άλλη είναι κάπως σαν γκρι και κανένα φαρμακείο δεν επεξηγεί την διαφορά. Όλα τα φαρμακεία τα παρουσιάζουν ως ίδια.
Πήρα ένα με την γκρι συσκευασία χωρίς την ετικέτα αυτή και οι κάψουλες είχαν ένα παράξενο χρώμα πράσινο κάτι σαν καφετί σκιές. Φαντάστηκα μήπως Η παρουσία ετικέτας δηλώνει ότι έχει περάσει από κάποιους ελέγχους… Δεν ξέρω ίσως... Πάντως επαναλαμβάνω με ενοχλεί πολύ που οι φαρμακοποιοί δεν επισημαίνουν την διαφορά
Επίσης να σημειώσω ότι το παίρνω καθημερινά από τον Σεπτέμβριο και μετά μέχρι τον Μάιο στην πλήρη δοσολογία τρεις κάψουλες ημερησίως.
Very good as long as you take it at the very beginning of possible symptoms, e.g. flu/virus. I think (with reservation) that it might raise blood pressure a little (check it)

It is very good for colds, but unfortunately it wrecked my stomach. Obviously the capsule, not the content. And the worst part, you can't drink it if you open the capsule, it's disgusting.
Είναι πολύ καλό για το κρυολόγημα, αλλά δυστυχώς μου ρημαξε το στομάχι. Προφανώς η κάψουλα, όχι το περιεχόμενο. και το χειρότερο,δεν πίνεται αν ανοίξουμε την κάψουλα, είναι αηδία.

Διαβασα πολυ καλες κριτικες.Το πηρα γιατι εχω σοβαρο προβλημα με το αναπνευστικο αλλα δε με βοηθησε ουτε στο ελαχιστο.
I had a big problem with pneumonia infections during the winter months. I suffered. I started taking an Oliviotic pill for more than two months during the winter. When there is a problem in rare cases, I take a second or even a third pill for a few days. Basically, my problem was solved. I highly recommend it.
Είχα, τους χειμερινούς μήνες, μεγάλο πρόβλημα με λοιμώξεις των πνευμόνων. Υπέφερα. Άρχισα να παίρνω ένα χάπι Oliviotic για περισσότερο από δύο μήνες τον χειμώνα. Όταν σε σπάνιες περιπτώσεις υπάρχει πρόβλημα παίρνω για λίγες μέρες δεύτερο ή και τρίτο χάπι. Ουσιαστικά λύθηκε το πρόβλημά μου. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
