Description

Description

Compared to other FDM printers, the Creality Ender-7 3D printer has a high printing speed of 250mm per second - when many similar products have a printing speed of 200mm or 150mm per second, it significantly surpasses them, creating another new benchmark for the printing industry.

Features

High-Speed Printing

New groundbreaking speed, the normal printing speed of the Creality Ender-7 3D printer is up to 250mm/s, enjoy instant high-speed printing while maintaining the same quality of precision.

Linear Rail, Higher Precision

Using linear rail technology to reduce motion resistance to a low level, with high-precision positioning, it comes with stable high-speed motion.

Core-XY Structure, Accurate Control

Using the Core-XY structure, dual motors operating in parallel with coordinated functions, for greater speed and higher precision.

Smooth Printing and Stable Feeding

A custom high-volume nozzle, the volume of the melting chamber has been increased to 50mm³ and the volume of the heating block has been increased to 4000mm³.

The filaments melt fully and can flow smoothly during high-speed printing.

Full metal extruder with dual gear, has strong "bite," greater extrusion force, uniform extrusion force, continuous and stable feeding.

Stable Cooling Despite High Temperature

  • The extruder's cooling fan allows for more stable feeding.
  • High-speed dual cooling fans are designed in a butterfly-shaped duct.
  • Compared to a single fan, the dual fans increase the overall air volume by 169%, ensuring rapid cooling of high-speed printing models.

  • The Ender 7, I would say, is a very good printer. I bought it for 280 €.

It has good resolution but does not have good software. The Creality is the application that creates the folder and makes it 3D printable. It does not have many options.

The printer does not have a good bed. It does not stick very well and many times the object comes off and the whole print gets ruined.

Besides that, you have to level the bed yourself, which is a bit annoying.

I believe it is not very beginner-friendly and it is difficult to learn.

For this specific product, I have to add the best so far.

What impressed me is the XY gantry, referred to as CORE XY, as well as the very good base it has with the glass. I won't say it's for someone who is now interested in entering the world of 3D modeling, that is, for someone who is dealing with it for the first time, since it requires basic knowledge of engineering, as well as basic knowledge of technical issues.

However, it is for those who have already been involved in 3D printing and want to have the quality that the XY Gantry provides in combination with speed.

What it doesn't have and doesn't mention is the variety of materials it can handle. That is, it can easily print PLA and PETG with great ease and quality. That's it. Unfortunately, there is still no upgrade from the company in both hardware and firmware that can expand the capabilities of the printer to handle PC, CARBON, Nylon, etc.

It is also important to mention that there are no available nozzles except for some that I found in the Netherlands.

Of course, I should note that Creality, in response to my question, assured me that if I need something for the printer that is not available in the market, they will support me with whatever I need, even with the nozzles. The manufacturer includes 2 nozzles in the package, so I believe it won't be a big problem.

I believe that with 2 upgrades to the Hotend and bed, in both hardware and firmware, to be able to print in other materials, then it will be the best home 3D printer on the market.
