    Although I followed the instructions, meaning I didn't put it on a high empty fire, it still warped and didn't perform well on the ceramic stove from the first use. You can also tell from its lightweight and flimsy construction, so stay away, don't buy it!!

    Amazing pan, just like the whole Earth series. Non-stick, excellent texture of the handle which resembles wood and does not heat up, I would like it to have a lid or at least be sold separately. However, it remains an excellent purchase.
    EDIT: October '23. The surface got scratched and "cracked" even though I only use wooden spoons. It ended up being recycled because it is obviously unhealthy. What a shame.
