Description

The dumbbells, from the company Zipro, consist of 2 short steel bars with a length of 40 cm and plates with a total weight of 20 kg. The plates are made of cement covered with a plastic layer that protects the floor in case of dropping and placing them down at the end of the exercise. 

The set includes a total of 16 weights: 8x 1.25 kg, 4x 2.5 kg and 4x 5 kg. Thanks to this, the dumbbells can be used in various weight configurations - depending on the exercise performed, the training program or the progress level of the person exercising.

    Under no circumstances are they worth the 40€+, choose metal ones.
