Good construction but very large. Anyone with a small palm should not consider it. It has the usual side buttons but also the absolutely necessary for me right-left click of the wheel. The wheel has two types of scrolling - similar to Logitech - continuous and notched, which are activated by pressing a button right above it. It has an internal battery - with good autonomy - that charges via a USB-C port. It connects either via Bluetooth or with a USB receiver (which is located under the base cover). It is not silent and its buttons seemed quite stiff to me. To activate them, you have to press at their ends and to do this - because its arch is large - the palm must rest entirely on it, resulting in the need to move the hand to reach the rear side button with the thumb (the so-called X1). It comes with the classic - and good - HP software (HP accessory center) for programming the buttons, adjusting the DPI, and monitoring the mouse status. A good mouse but very large and not so convenient - for my taste - in its buttons.
Update 1: The mouse works non-stop for over 10 hours a day with accuracy and proper targeting. It is indeed large (very large) but its quality also seems high. I am adding one more star. For any possible reliability issue, I will update again

Very good construction especially for users with large palms who want something comfortable. The whole experience with the HP accessory center application gets a low rating, as it cannot recognize any HP product. So practically what can you do with an expensive mouse without the option to customize it.
